WHY COV EXISTS
CoV 的開始,來自一個很簡單的觀察:
香港好多 service business,其實唔缺工具。
缺的是 workflow。
大量時間每日浪費在:WhatsApp admin、重複問資料、手動整理 quotation、invoice workflow、同 scattered customer records。
我發現,好多公司營運問題就係 workflow 太依賴人手。
但明明 AI 已經咁勁。
所以我開始專注:將 AI workflow 直接建立進 businesses 已經每日使用緊嘅工具入面,尤其係 WhatsApp。
由 customer intake、quotation generation、invoice automation,到 operational coordination。
